A meditation to start the day by cultivating a living, receptive presence. Through breath, silence, and listening, we will explore how gratitude can emerge spontaneously—not as a mental exercise, but as the natural expression of a quiet mind. It is an invitation to inhabit the present moment with an open heart and gentle attention, rediscovering that quality of presence that can precede every action, every relationship, and every touch.
