Budo Waraku: the Japanese tradition expressed through a practice rooted in Shinto and Kototama. Daniele Harunobu Giorcelli, a direct student of Hiramasa Maeda sensei since 2008, will lead the performance of some simple yet powerful kata based on spiral movements and sounds.
We will practise sounds and spiral movements together to harmonise the Heart by balancing the Heaven-Earth and Water-Fire poles.
